Glass Art
These are some of the pieces I worked on during my ten years as a glass artist. Many of the designs were hand drawn. Every piece was individually sandblasted (aluminum oxide). A quick blast is all that is needed for a simple etch, while the carved pieces (the abrasive aluminum oxide removes tiny particles of glass, leaving an etched but smooth finish) can take much longer.
